I have a AR chambered in 9mm.   I am using a new DPMS AR 15 lower with a colasp. M4 stock with factory spring and buffer for the AR 15 (.223).

I noticed when firing the rifle that i would have some failure to eject, as if it was trying to load a round before it ejected the spent case.

Sometimes it would throgh out the spent case but try to load 2 rounds at one time.

The rifle uses a mag block with UNmodified Sten Mags, and DOES NOT have failures all that much.

COULD MY PROBLEM be the .223 buffer and spring????   DID they make a .9mm Buffer and Spring????

ALL HELP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Thanks in advance,

You need a 9mm buffer, spring and a 9mm hammer!

Who made the upper?

I have an older Olympic 9mm upper and the extractor broke in half.  It would still eject intermittently but it was clear something was wrong.  So, check your extractor to see if it's in one piece, clean, and functioning properly.
