Saw a nice looking Plumb stocked AK-74 that looked as if was a bulgarian kit put together and refinished.  Fit and finish was remarkable, but yes it was a Vulcan.  I know that Hesse was junk in the past but what is the status on the new Vulcan 74s?  Please don't ban me for asking.

Assembly by them is still a rough dice roll. The receiver can be fine, although there is a recent batch with buttery soft ejector tabs. So Much Easier to get a $60 Ohio Ordnance Works receiver for the build.
