I saw a post on another board about a guy that bought a new stock for his Pro-hunter that is black in color and fixes the fore-end flex. I am curious if anyone else has seen the new one? Plus Im really wanting a camo stock for it. Anyone have a place that sells them? I really love this rifle and its currently my most accurate rifle. My best target is a 3 shot group @100 yards. .492 inches. It shot factory Winchester power point 7mm rem mag 175grn this good. Im not even sure I want to try and work up a load for it. But I probabaly will anyways just to play around |

Check with CDNN on the stocks (Camo / Wood / etc) The real weak point in the Steyr rifles has been the stocks. The only one that I know of that truly solves the problem is the replacement stock from McMillan, and it costs more than the rifle. Here's what it looks like on my Steyr/McMillan PII Tactical:
