I noticed that on the side of the bolt of a sig 550 there is some sort of lever or device. It has horizontal lines on it and seems to be something that you can manualy activate.

Does anyone know what It is?

I believe that there is a member of this site who owns one.

This is the part that holds in the bolt handle, that holds on the gas piston.

I own a special edition model called "Black Special".
