[ARCHIVED THREAD] - intratec .25 acp

i just took in a intratec protec .25 acp
pistol in on a partial trade. i really did
not want it but anyway i have it now. does
anyone know how to field strip this pistol.
i have looked at this pos for about an hour
now and still do not have a clue. i also did
multiple web searches with no luck. someone
please help!

I used to have one but that was so long ago. I used to lock it open and blast it with gun scrubber, tooth brush the breach and extractor, swab the barrel and put it away. I can't find the old manual, so go to Auction Arms on their wish list an ask for help or a manual. Thats what I've done in the past.

i too had one roughly 10 years ago. i just
do not remember much about it except for the
long double action pull. i seem to remember
that it fired everytime but was not very
accurate over about 10 feet.

ok i have it figured out. pull the slide back
about 1/2 inch. grasp exposed end of barrel
and twist clockwise 1/4 turn. then pull slide
off. pretty simple when you know how.
