| I thought I read somewhere, that the 9mm HS could use modified Beretta 92 mags. Can anyone confirm this to be true or false? |

True the HS2000 and XD-9 can use several makes of mags. You have to file the mag hole flat on the bottom like this. bottom[ O ]top BEFORE bottom[ D ]top AFTER you may have to alter the spot where the follower makes the slide lock back too if its not a USGI M9 mag. Go to www.hs2000talk.com/ and you will find detailed instructions as well as pics of how well the various mags fit in the magwell and how much they hang out. |
