That is unlikely, I think. While the 75gr ammo is significantly better than the "standard" ammo (meaning M855), it probably isn't that dramatic of an improvement over M193 in terms of fragmentation distance. Based on the limited data available, it probably has a 40-50m advantage over M193, meaning 90-100m over M855. Again, that's purely my extrapolation, and MAY WELL be incorrect.
Anyway, always keep in mind that any current military testing is using M855, NOT M193, as its baseline or standard. Adjust your comparisons with M193 accordingly.
