A good friend of mine has decieded that he wants to obtain his Pennsylvania concealed carry pistol permit (CCW). He is a resident of Adams County but is working construction in Centre County for the next few months. He would like to know if he needs to apply for his CCW in the county which he permantly resides or if he can go to any county sheriff's office.
