Man, that is good news. Remember that the California "assault weapons" ban was the predecessor to the 94 ban (somebody correct me if I'm wrong here). Either way, if it is stopped there of all places, it is a good thing for us all. You'd think California would be the first to fall with a ban like that. At least we've escaped one more gun ban. For the time being anyway. |
