Does anyone have a good online source for replacement parts? My girlfriend's grandfather has one that is beautiful except for a cracked stock. He wants to get it fixed, but I don't want some "gunsmith" to charge him an outlandish amount of money for something that I know I can easily do myself.

Ithaca is an idea www.ithacagun.com. Another good source, but not on the web, is Pennsylvania Gun Parts (717) 259-8010. Their address is: PA Gun Parts 1701 Mud Run Road York Springs, PA 17372 Their hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday and evenings 6:30 to 8:30 Monday through Wednesday. They're a good bunch. You may also try Nu-Line Guns of Harvester Hills, Missouri (I don't have their address). They're a good outfit, too, but don't have quite the selection of PA Gun Parts. |
