Anyone else use them besides me (I hope)? Spring or solid? Any recommendations?

I use them on a 30-06 the red ones with the springs inside. It really helps if when loading, you sneak one in to see if you flinch.

Nope I dont use 'em, didn't in the army when we did the function check, and I dont use them now.
