Can someone identify the differences between these two?  They look and sound pretty close to identical.  Thanks.

Basically, the Scout has a scope mount foward of the receiver that goes thru the handguard for mounting a long eye relief scope or a dot sight, etc.  Everything else is pretty much the same.
