Are Leapers scopes, that mount easily on an AR-15,very good? what are your opinions on these scopes. A friend has one and is happy with it, but I have never heard any dialog about these scopes.

depends on your priorities

good
(1) cheap
(2) some are reliable

bad
(1) chinese - made by political prisoners, soon-to-be organ donors, to fund the chinese war machine.
(2) only some are reliable
