Did Colt ever make the M4 upper in gray or are they all black?
I have an LE6920 upper and I wanted to put it on my pre-ban sporter target lower, but the lower is gray and the upper is black.
If they did make any, does any body know where I can get one with the detached carrying handle.
If they did not make them, who does the best job on refinishing uppers $ lowers?

Sounds like a good opportunity to Teflon coat your lower to match your M4 upper!

Have Walter Birdsong do it for you (Black T).  The quality of his work is outstanding, but it might take awhile as he does all of the FBI's guns in addition to his regular contracts...
