Have a guy that will blast it, but is using like an 80 grit crushed glass-says its sharp, not the beads or anything. Will this work? Or is the AO 120grit the only thing I should blast with? Locally I cant find anyone...have a guy that will do it for free if I get material, but AO is like 80 bucks for 50lb..anyone have a cheaper source or anyone help me out? TIA

And still in the air about cerakote/duracoat....want cerakote..

Cerakote doesn't recommend glass cause it doesn't leave enough of a profile.

I highly recommend using alum oxide or garnet will work in a pinch (used it on some truck rims that wouldnt fit into the cabinet). Wouldnt suggest using glass, it wont give the coating enough to bite on to.
