I'm building an SPR.  I have the stripped lower and upper that I want to duracoat.   But I will also want the magpul furniture to match.  I don't like FDE so I'm thinking I'll dye the magpul stuff.

What is best. Dye magpul stuff first, and duracoat to match?  Or duracoat the upper and lower and dye magpul stuff to match?

This is close to the color I want to achieve.

If it were me, I would Cerakote everything with H series.  I'm not as big of a fan of Duracoat due to how much easier it wears.  I have sprayed quite a bit of Cerakote, Duracoat, KG, and Norrels.  It's going to be hard to match everything exactly if you are dying the furniture.  If you must dye, do it first.

I've decided I'll use Cerakote instead of duracoat.  But What about on the stock/grip etc.  I worry about any paint wearing on the grip because of how much use it gets.  But if I used dye, I think it would look better and be the strongest.

Cerakote H can be cured in the oven at lower temps, somewhere around 180.  It will wear  more than dye, but you'll have trouble getting an exact match with dye.  Prep is what will determine how much wear you'll get.

elaborate some on what you mean by "prep" for being a factor of how much wear there will be.

In order for these finishes to adhere well, you will spend the majority of your time prepping the material.  These finishes need something with a "tooth" to hold on to.  Usually you will degrease, blast with aluminum oxide, blow off with air gun, degrease again, preheat in oven to make sure there is no oil left behind, and finally spray with whatever finish you will use.  You will then bake the sprayed part according to manufacturer's instructions.  You will also need to wear powderless gloves while handling the part after you have degreased and before you spray.  The finish is only as good as the prep.
