When doing camouflage patterns with Cerakote, do you bake it before spraying the second color or do you just let it air dry between coats and do a single bake?  Also when doing barrels, how do you plug the muzzle and chambers? Are the plugs removed prior to baking to prevent an unfinished edge to prevent chipping?

Call NIC Indrustries in White City Oregon. Cerakote is on of there products they are extremly helpful and are willing to talk you thru the steps. I haven't done their training for cerakote yet but I have for their powder coating line. They are extremly talented and they have great customer service I think jesse does their gun coatings. do a 20-30 minute prebake on the 1st coat and then stencil, add another color etc. you can do another 20-30 prebake or do the final bake if your finished.
