My parents are having an old black walnut cut down in their yard.  I would like to have a rifle stock made from it and I was wonder if anyone knew of a stock manufacturer that would use supplied wood, especially in Tx to save on shipping?  I am willing to bet that I will have around 10 feet of good trunk that is at least 1' in diameter to work with.

Wenig Custom Gunstocks will do it, but it ain't gonna be cheap no matter where you send it.

Joel Russo will CNC your wood.  Google him.  He makes (among others) a McMillan A5 look-alike which looks amazing in wood...

Make sure the blank is dry before you have it carved into a stock. Dying can take some time depending on climate.

And it's expensive.
