Is it possible to paint, die, or refinish zytel frames such as those found on S&W M&P handguns? If so, how?

Yes you can paint it. preferably with an air dry coating like duracoat or cerakote. you might have to beat up the surface a little with sand blasting for best adhesion.

You can dye it with RIT dye as well but I've only ever seen that done with lighter colored Zytel.
