[ARCHIVED THREAD] - First time with Krylon

I've been stoppin in here pretty regularly lately, checkin out some of the awesome pics that people have posted of their great refinishing/camo jobs. I've been pretty bored lately (having spent up my gun allowance for a bit) and figured I'd do my new MI rails and an old mag to see how I liked it. After a quick trip out to pick up some Krylon and some time spent trying to asphyxiate myself (was raining out, so I did the painting inside a box on my dining room table with the window open and a fan blowing out full bore) this is what I ended up with.

I'm pretty happy with it, I wish Krylon's tan was more of a FDE but I still thinks it looks pretty nice.

Sightron SII 3x9x42 IR.... they no longer make it, but I got what I thought was a steal at a local "fun show" a couple weeks back, seems to hold zero very nicely and the glass is clear as heck.
