Do you have to spray a clear over the color or is it good to go after dry?

I haven't used it, but from what I have read, if its baked, its good to go.

You don't have to spray clear or bake it.  Baking speeds up the cure time, but isn't a requirement.

+1 on what Gr8 said, but if you use clear it will even out the sheen if you are using more than one color.

Do you have to use there brand of clear coat or can you mix brands

I would say that using theirs would be better.  Other brands might not stick or hold up as well.
