Everytime I shut my unit off and turn it back on I have to reset my settings like focus, contrast and brightness. I went to the setting box and checked box use user settings on startup and it still will not save those three setting positions when I shut ot off and turn it back on.  Is this normal.

interested. I have 2 reaps. One of them does that. Does yours remember the 30 or 60 hz settings?

I'm pretty sure mine does that also, is it not supposed to?

I keep it on 30hz

As far as is it suppose to do it. I don't know. That's why I'm asking. My armasight 42mm 640 saves the setting I have it on even if I remove that batteries

Try leaving it on TCR reticle/R1 and see if that fixes it. I know some Mk 3 units won't hold settings on R5. Also try toggling frame rate and make sure it's on user vs factory. Every time you toggle frame rate it loads firmware again so it may work itself out. If not I would call the vendor you bought it from to troubleshoot.

I will try that
