I know I shouldn't be looking a gift horse in the mouth, but that's the most painfully awkward ANVIS adjustment interface I've ever seen...
Seriously, I was so excited when I heard about this at first, but that over-complicated, over-exposed system knocked the wind out of my sails. ~Augee |

That and this is too little too late for me. I already created my battery adapter and battery packs so I solved the issue now that I've also already sold all my anvis mounts. lol. |

Honestly, the saddest thing about it is that not only does it look needless complex and easily jammed by debris and took forever to be released, but the other thing it means is that nothing better is coming for a long, long time, if ever.
I'm pretty sure I was one of the first adopters of the MOD-3, and I was super excited about the ANVIS adapter as UNV, among others can vouch for, but this is kind of a disappointment. Anyways, I'm gonna stop whining about it for now unless there's new information to add, but I'm not in a rush to be the first kid on the block to get this. Maybe if there's one at SHOT and I can actually have the new adjustment mechanism in hand it'll win me over. ::shrug:: ~Augee |
