i have a pvs14 kit and bought a pt-alpha helmet to use with it. i hate the helmet. no matter what it flops around.
i'd love an ops core base jump but the price is just damn insane on them. Has anyone had any luck with the airsoft versions with a pvs14 mounted on them? all i really need is a light bumpcap with mount that stays put and doesn't wobble around on my melon. i have seen some pretty good reviews on the Emerson version. |

There was a recent thread about this very topic. Several people used them and the consensus was generally positive.

| If you don't need bump protection check out the Crye Nightcap. Very stable and inexpensive. I love mine and I can just stuff it in my pocket when not needed. 100 bucks for the cap and you need to buy a shroud but you may already have that. I love mine as it is light, stable and your head breathes on those hot nights. |
