I've got a protec A-Bravo, but even when balanced I get headache like pains in the back of my head. I think its the crappy foam it has in it loosing its shape after prolonged use. Now I'm looking at an ops-core helmets. I really want something extremely low profile with tons of comfort, gel pads or something inside of it instead of foam. Wish someone made an 1920s era hard leather football helmet with simple plastic skeleton structure to support the mounts. I bet that would be comfortable and hug the head extremely well. Dog ears could contain radio equipment that could be velcroed in the up position when not in use. |
