Anybody have any experience with any of their products?  Do they actually make their own tubes or do they contract out to Litton or ITT?

Safe bet they use ITT tubes & maybe L3 depending on performance & availability......

Nait has been around a LONG time. Only two people in the US make tubes. ITT and L3. This said some will assemble components and pot them. AEO, Nait and a few others have done this. Nait was real popular back in the Gen 2 days with all their innovative housings designed to use US tubes. They catered to the LEO market and civvy's.

Many know I purchased my first ever work use NV device from them back on the EARLY 90's for use on surveillance details. The NVPS-10 was a great little C-Mount lens unit.

In my garage I still have my hard case that includes an old (state of the art at the time) 8mm Panasonic video recorder along with a Sony 8mm flip up monitor/recorder.  I used to attach the NAIT unit out in front of the Panasonic.  Good stuf....

My first NV buy was a NVPS-10 45lp/m,ngen 3 state of the art back then most commerical systems weren 36lp/mm gen 3 tubed at the time. I later bought a NAIT gen2 python and gen3 NAIT Viper riflescopes . They lasted many years before I sold them to upgrade never had any issues with them.

I bought a used NAIT PVS-10 Gen2 in June. It has a couple of spots in non-critical locations. It may be nothing to write home about but it is still working and ridiculously superior to Gen1.
