| Anyone out there know if it is even possible to get a federal grant for a law enforcement officer to buy a personal NV system??? My department has plent of them, but as many of you in the LEO community know if you arent swat, you get nothing. So any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| I considered trying to write a personal grant for a pair of BNVD's and a FLIR to track illegal immigration and drug mule flow through the land in the Chirachua mountains down by where Rob Krentz was murdered. My grandmother has a cabin down there and knows everyone of the ranchers down there. Somehow I doubt I'd be approved for a research grant although I figured Border Patrol would appreciate any elo they could get. |
