Hey brother

I just got done with a Patrol Rifle Instructors course and I used a E2L  with a KL1 head. At 25 yds. it was penty bright for id-ing threats.

Most 9V weapon lights take a head assembly that fits the M3.

They list the specs as 100 lumens for 95 minutes

Regular lamps run

120 lumens/60 minutes
225 lumens/20 minutes

I believe I have the 6P model. It was one of the early weapon lights.

Here is my light.

KL5 then, 100 lumens 1 hour.

vs 60 lumens for 1 hours with the orginal bulb.

If you want to spend the dough, the Surefire LED's seem pretty good.

I have a lower powered 2 cell model, like 20 lumens, good light, and LONG battery life.
I also have an X200A, asided from the funky square beam, it's all good.
