Click on the "My Profile" tab on the top line of eForms. Click on the "Associations" sub-tab. You must first associate your FFL (if not already done). The first role/user for the FFL must be the Super User role. Once your FFL association request is Approved, you can then request EIN Association. Locate the FFL# in the list that is paired with your desired EIN#. To request a user role for the EIN association, click the "+Add EIN" button on the far right-hand side. Note: This button will not appear until your FFL association is first approved. Enter the EIN# and select the your role. My problem is that my LLC isn't an FFL. But if I'm reading the FAQ correctly, I can't associate my LLC's EIN with my account without the LLC being an FFL. Has anyone else run into this problem? If I have to do paper form 4's for transfers out from the LLC I'm going to be a bit PO'ed. |

All forms have an ID number, but the control number only appears to be assigned when the form is submitted. If you use the filter on the eForms home page it will show a control number for submitted forms, but not for draft forms. |

I had saved a draft for a form1 earlier today at work. Took forever to load photo and eft. Pulled it up when I got home and finished it in 5 min. Submission went through on the first try. Didn't have to keep entering the pin over and over ETA- control # 2026526XXX 164000 between the F1 tonight and the 1st F4 I did at work yesterday |
| FYI - apprx 202k difference between my first submission around 2am 1/1 and my last submission 10:30pm 1/2. |

| I filed a bunch of Form 1 suppressors, using the Electronic Fingerprints. Everything went smoothly. However when i looked at the cover letters, they each said to submit the paper fingerprints. Does that sound correct? is it just a standard response from the system? |

While completing another form 4, I realized that I used the wrong CLEO on my RP form- I had moved in June... should I cancel and resubmit, or wait for ATF to deny and have the opportunity to attach the corrected 5320.23? EDIT-: I just withdrew it and resubmitted... |

Did anyone have trouble selecting the $0 tax stamp in the "Application" tab. I've tried two different browsers and the options are grayed out. This is a Form 1 for a Trust. Attached File |

So far this has been my experience trying to submit multiple Form 1s Attached File Tried about a dozen times last night, and a dozen times this morning and cant get any of them to go through. |

I received my first approval. Submitted 1/2/2026 @ midnight approved 36hrs later. Form 4 to trust from my FFL. Also received my first disapproval, personal individual form 4 to personal trust. Somehow I forgot the address on the RP in box 3a. Kicked back for name only. Whomp Whomp  Refiled the above form 4, control numbers are now in the 623XXX range, so almost 300K submissions in 60 hours or so. |

For the three form 1 cans that were just approved today, I used these two phrases on mine: "I WILL MAKE THIS FROM RAW MATERIAL PURCHASED AFTER APPROVAL. I OWN A 3D PRINTER AND MILLING MACHINE" and for reasons I put "FOR ALL LAWFUL PURPOSES"  I hope this information is of some use, I share it in the desire to help my fellow Americans success. |

| One Form 1 on 1-1 and three Form 1 on 1-2. All took several tries to get them to go through, but not more than 5 or 6. One gave me a notice to send more documentation on wildcat caliber because it was not listed on the pull down, so I sent an additional picture of the upper that has the caliber/cartridge engraved on the side. It went through but still with the notice that it may require more investigation before being finalized. I guess they have never heard of that particular caliber. That's fine by me because right now it is a 16.250" pin and weld so the only thing that will change is I can remove the pin and weld and change the MD if I so desire later on. Let the good times roll! |

I submitted a Form 1 tonight. I got an error message on the PIN at the end but waited a minute and it went through. It was a little slow uploading photos, but maybe it always is. I chickened out and paid the tax to get two more silencers late last month. Sounds like that was a mistake. |

Filed 3 more Form 1 suppressors and 1 SBR this morning. No errors. Although I'm not sure the markings information is going to go through on the SBR, since there seems to be a number of people saying they are getting kicked back even though the numbers are the same. We'll see. Interesting side note. I started early yesterday morning at 530 AM filing 10 form 1s. this morning I filed the others starting at 630 am. By the control numbers, there were 121,781 filings in the past 25 hours. |
