I've submitted a few EForm1 for SBRs in the last ~6mo and they were all between 19 and 25 days from submission to approval.
Submitted an F1 for SBR on 06/18 and still nothing. Today is the 45 day mark. I'd be able to justify the length of time on this one due to the current state of the country but it seems like 20 days (+/-) is still occurring for everybody else...at least based on the posts in this thread. Has anybody called the NFA branch regarding an EForm? |

Sbr form 1 trust one RP
Filed 17 July 2020 Approved 02 August 2020 I had actually filed the week before but never got an email with the cover sheet. I used the ask an expert tool and emailed a little back and forth. Examiner I spoke with couldn't find my uploaded documents (lost in space I guess?) so she canceled the form and had me reapply. She is also the same one that approved my form (on a Sunday afternoon no less). |

Seems like the end of May to mid-Junes has been having extra long wait times. |

Form 1 Eform SBR
individual Submitted on: 7/9/20 Pending Research until: 7/27/20 Received Prints: 7/30/20 - 7/31/20 Approved: 8/7/20 State: IA It fucking happened guys. The 2nd Eform i submitted in July beat my 1st one submitted on 5/26. The one on 5/26 went into submitted/in process right away too. At this point i may be cancelling and resubmitting i see no other recourse at the moment. it seems pretty clear that these are sitting on a proverbial desk or some other type of limbo. I have submitted a question around this situation to the experts today. Anyone know how to cancel an eform? and any finer points of it? can/will they transfer prints? how long does it take to receive your refund? can you resubmit another application for the same gun before cancelling the first application? |
|
|
I wouldn’t cancel. Let them know you just had a later submittal approved, with no change in circumstances. They may take the opportunity to knock the older loose.

It will get disapproved for duplicate serial number/manufacturer and they will automatically refund you.
