Submitted 11/17/21 Prints sent: 11/18/21 Approved 12/21/21 34 days* *was only just able to get it today, 12/28, after going through the new password process. ATF forgot to add the APPAUTH\username part for the legacy users. I called today, they had to assign a new PW (subsequently changed). Since I still hadn't heard from them via email, I logged in and checked my forms. To my surprise, the form 1 was there in the approved folder. I think since the approval date coincided with the the initial upgrade completion date (moved out to the 23rd), that the email was never released. |
