I've got a trust with a few items on it, and since we just moved here to CO, I was thinking of putting my brother in law on it so he could legally use them without me being there. Given 41p/f, if I put him on it, would I need to send any info on him to the atf (prints/photo), or simply go down to the bank and get an updated trust doc notarized and then send him on his way with them?

Thanks for the help.

ATF does not require any notification of changes to your trust.  You would of course need to include your BIL, as a responsible person, if you were to use the same trust, for any additional items.

Good deal. I'll ask him if he wants to be on it. Thank you
