When submitting the RPQ for a trust, and a member is living outside the states (Guam in this case, but I am also interested in the case if they are living in a completely separate country), what do you
(a) put as the address if their permanent home of record is in the US (for a military member) and (b) do for CLEO notification? Also, is it required to submit a list of everything in the trust when you submit the paperwork? I was under the impression it was not, but I have never purchased a second NFA item. |
