My paperwork was delivered last Wednesday 3/22 and I paid with a check. Today I was just checking my bank acct and a $200 NFA ATF transfer is pending. Do they transfer via check? Also is that pretty quick for transfer/check cash?

Yep, they convert the check to EFT/ACH, and usually fairly quickly.
