My trust, as it was prepared, has an inventory page at the end of it.  I know once i actually get an item approved and stamp in hand I need to add that item to the trust paperwork.  My question is what if you have several items you are waiting on at once.  There is no way to have them listed in your trust, will this be an issue?  I have 4 SBRs I e-filed from 1s for, so as they each come up for review they aren't going to have the previous approved ones on there because i submitted them all a day apart.

thanks for any answers.

My updated copy stays at home. I've never sent the ATF anything except the original list showing $200 cash. It's worked just fine for years that way.

If you mean that the copies the ATF has of your trust will then be "out of date" as far as the assignment of property page's accuracy, then worry not because it doesn't matter.

The assignment of property page serves only as a book keeping tool for you and other officers of the trust to catalog the trust's property and aid in the future dispensation of trust property to beneficiaries.

For the purposes of the ATF's needs, they just want to see that the trust is legal as written.  Many people (myself included) always re-send the same original trust document without ever updating the property list over several years and it's never an issue.
