Are Co-trustees supposed to sign the Trust document? I recieved my trust from NFA Lawyers and just noticed they have my wife listed as a co-trustee in addition to being a beneficiary. There's no place for her to sign so I'm unsure. I'm the primary Trustee and settlor. I certainly hope not because I have 9 forms pending using this document.
ETA: Nevermind the FAQ instructions clearly state the Co-trustees do not need to sign anything. Sorry Waylon we can kill this thread. Doh! thank god I almost gave myself a heart attack. |
