I've been doing a lot of research on Trusts.
I've looked at the Wildcat Trust ($49), the 199 Trust ($79) and also got a quote from a lawyer friend for $140. What is the difference between all of these trusts if any? My main concern is not having something approved by the ATF as they all have good records. My main concern is will this document hold water legally after I pass to any of my beneficiaries. Any help would be greatly appreciated, looking to get this set up soon so I can get my form 1 filed for my SBR. |
