Helping a friend sbr his LWRCI lower. The serial number is XX-XXXXX. Do you put the serial number on the application as it is stamped on the lower (with the - ) or just the numbers without the dash?

I seem to recall someone getting disapproved for putting a dash in their S/N.

Exactly as engraved. I always upload a pic so there's no question about it.

Yeah, just go to the section when you uploaded the trust and add a picture.

Cool. I've seen some weird denials so I just want to get it right the first time.

Helps with some of the screwy model names as well.

So looking at this lower...

I'm leaning toward there being a space between NSL and the numbers, but I guess you could go either way.

The lower came with a attached hang-tag with a barcode and SN printed on it with NSL015XXX, so ???

What do you folks think? (yes, I will attach the pic to my F1, but would like to have it filled in correctly from the start)

Thanks,
Bob S.

I would say no space.  If it was a complete rifle, look at the box tag.  I think those first few letters are always standard and they just rotate the numbers part.  I would not put a space in there on the form.

My approved F1 for that lower has no space between the NSL and the numbers.  In general, you may have a dash/hyphen in a serial number, but you won't have a space.

And the model is ST15, not MOD-ST15 as I've seen some people submit.

Little bit of info I learned in Spikes Industry Forum, NSL = No Spider Logo.

Thanks BigWaylon - I had seen the ST15/MOD-ST15 thing come up before, and I don't want to play the re-submit game if I can avoid it!

I was wondering if the NSL had any real meaning - thanks again.

Happy Monday,
Bob S.
