I bought a can through a local dealer 8/21. They say that the Form 3 wasn't initiated until 9/10. I had had them call the ATF today and they are telling me it went pending on 12/1. How long usually does it take after it goes pending to get the transfer approval? I have bought 4 other cans through Silencershop before but the form 3s all took an average of six weeks and I have no idea when they went pending after submittal or how long it takes for approval after the pending status, because I never had to check. |
