I submitted a SBR using Google Chrome and it left out info on the form and it was disapproved in early October.  I have since re-submitted using Firefox and have received my approval for that SBR.  However, I have not received a refund from the one that was disapproved.  How long are these refunds taking and is there someone at the ATF to contact about this issue?

Yep, as of last week, ATF and ask an expert are telling people at least 60 days.

They told me 6 months, I'm about a month in so I'll see in 30 days if it was bull or not

I wonder what could possibly take them so long to issue a refund?  Also, thanks for the info.

Cause they screw ppl on returning your money to make interest on it.  typical banking system

they take your money instantly, but not the other way and it's the same system, just a reverse transaction.

If floating $200 for two months is too much then you might want to rethink playing in the NFA world.

It took about 60 days to get my refund.  They credited it back to the card.

That is not the point.  This is very poor customer service.  I know the ATF doesn't view us that way, but if a vendor acted like this they would not be in business long.

Called the ATF pay number (304-616-4550) to check. My refund was authorized on 10/8 (Form 1 withdrawn/disapproved on 10/4) but they still have not hit my account as of now.So I am now over 60 days.
