| I submitted a SBR using Google Chrome and it left out info on the form and it was disapproved in early October. I have since re-submitted using Firefox and have received my approval for that SBR. However, I have not received a refund from the one that was disapproved. How long are these refunds taking and is there someone at the ATF to contact about this issue? |

This is very poor customer service. I know the ATF doesn't view us that way, but if a vendor acted like this they would not be in business long. |
