[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Eform Disapproved

I just had an eform 1 disapproved due to having no address in 3b. But I know that I put my address in there! I reviewed the form a dozen times before submitting. This sucks!

Any advice on how to proceed or should I just go to the back of the line again?

Back of the line is only 40 days...maybe only 26 as someone else posted.

Yeah it only took 30 days to get disapproved. My concern is that if the website jacked up my form, which I am certain it did, then this could easily happen again. I thought they fixed that broke ass website?!

Resubmit your form and then shoot the ATF an email about it. They might approve it within a few days if you let them know what's up. They have done this for other people.

Be sure and include the number of both the resubmit and the original. Be polite.

Ok thank you guys! I have just spoke to Mr. Clutter who was very helpful. He instructed me to submit another eform 1 and to contact him when it gets submitted.

I will keep you updated.

I have now re-submitted my eform 1 and emailed Mr. Clutter letting him know both the new control number and the old one on the disapproved form.

I'll let you know what I hear.
