I know its a little early but there were two August 2013 pending approved on NFA tracker so I figured it's time to start the thread.
Form 1 currently pending Aug. 26. |

August 28th pending for a mailed form 4.
My paperwork was first sent April 9th. I got a call from my dealer in late June that the BATF lost the stamp payment, so my dealer had to resubmit my paperwork. My dealer, one of the larger suppressor outfits, says based on his data that they track by submission date, my stamp should arrive at any time. However, if one goes by data on NFA tracker where pending date is used, it looks like June or July are more likely. Will be interesting to see when I get the email from my dealer. |

I didn't check pending, but I'm assuming late October. When I mailed them, I was hoping for an April approval, but it will more than likely be June.

Forms sent: 05/28/2013 Forms arrived: 06/02/2013 Check cashed: 06/17/2013 Pending: 08/13/2013 Approved: ? Received: ? I called today, no error status and was told June. I'm sure it'll be earlier than June; hopefully this month or next. |

Shannon Siverio seems to be a month behind trusts with the individual forms and I havn't got a clue why. |

^ Yea I was always under the impression that trusts or individual took the same amount of time..lately it seems that trusts are going faster(not talking about e-filing at all). They used to be. My last form approved June 2013 was approved at the same time folks with trusts were. The only thing I can think is that the FBI is taking longer to return the fingerprint cards. I want to call and ask but I figure the customer service reps wouldn't have a clue what I'm talking about. |

What I find odd is the fact that I (well the FFL and I) submitted two Form 4s and two Form 1s on the same day and I have been playing with two suppressors for a week. I thought 1s and 4s got processed at the same rate (these were not eForms). Poor guy...........
Haha, no but I think the form 1 and 4's have always been a little different....thats why they get mailed to a different location right off the bat. They end up in the same place, but at different times. Ive never done them simultaneously though, but I know I've mailed the forms off to different addresses. |

Will have to endure another week. Will drop another F1 in the mail next month for another AR lower. It seems that most people have been getting their stamps back in the mail in the 3-5 day range. If you got approved today, and if it was early enough, your stamp might just be on its way already. Heres to hoping that you get your stamp by thursday or friday. My Form 4 was approved last Thursday (03/27/14) and it just so happened that the lady that picked up the phone said that she had just approved my stamp earlier that morning. So, I'm hoping that my stamp will arrive at Silencer Shop Tomorrow or Weds. I'm going to catch a flight down there, pick it up, then catch another flight home to Dallas. Good luck! |
