I've done a Form 1 SBR already, and I know how that process works - fill out paperwork, mail to ATF, receive paperwork back approved at your house address. My question is, when you file a Form 4 transfer, after you mail the paperwork off to the ATF, does the paperwork with the approved stamp come back to your home address? Or to the dealer who has the suppressor?
