Ok, I'm at the page with an ID number and a draft or created date. Where do I go from here ? I still haven't seen the form to pay ? |

When you're going through the form, you see the progress line at the top (with dots for each page). The last one has the spot to pay, then once you've paid you get to hit Sign and Submit. I'm getting an error logging in, or I'd post a screenshot or be a little more descriptive explanation. |

It just shows me a page where the form says DRAFT. Then I click on it and I get FORM 1, date it was created on, my name and ID #.  There's an icon to the right (after your ID, name, date, etc) to edit the document. Just don't click the other icon that says delete.
