How long has it been possible to electronically submit a Form 4 with electronic payment information that will cause the Form 4 to go to automatic pending status? A dealer told me this was true but I have never heard of it. |
| It's been available for about a month or so...whether it makes the whole process faster is yet to be seen, since no one that has efiled has gotten their stamps yet. I have two regular stamps in September and one that I efiled, so if the efiled one comes back first, I will know it is the faster way. |
| I dunno but my shop has been offering it since the 1st of September. I love the shit out of it. I buy the Suppressor, pay them the tax right there and THEY fill out and submit the paperwork for me- For Free! ....All I do is wait for the stamp. It's about as easy as buying a friggen Big Mac. |

when I filled out electronically I added my trust info in the additional description for the receiver but when I printed it for my records there was nothing written in that box. anyone else notice this. I initially did that too, but then I realized that you attach those copies in the next step. I'm going off memory here, but in that step it asks about additional documents and there is a drop down box where it asks something like "description" and some of the choices were "LLC documents", "trust documents", etc. |

I have a can on a F4 sent mid Aug that went pending 9/30 and an eform F1 SBR that was submitted and went pending instantly on 9/17. Maybe I'll get the stamps back before the 2032 asteroid wipes out the planet. |
