Has anyone heard of a reduced wait time if you get your form 4 submitted electronically?
A local shop told me the $200 stamp fee is auto-drafted within 15 minutes, and it should get approved in less than 3 months as long as there are no issues. They just started this process a few weeks ago, and haven't had any approvals come back yet, but if what they have been told is correct, the wait times should go down a LOT. Anyone else hear this??? Edited: My buddy and I have 7 suppressors on order, so we hope to have these in before the new CLEO sign-off EO takes effect. |

Confirmed with Gary at the NFA branch and others have confirmed it as well. |

Look at the type of filing and the quick pending dates that people have gotten. |

I would love if this was true. going to get my Idaho drivers license so I can get my trust notarized then send off my first Eform. and start that long long wait |

Scan your trust paper work and save them as a PDF, Word Doc, etc. There is a size limit per attachment though so if your trust is like mine you may have to break them up into separate files. For instance, Complete Trust Pack 1 of 4 and so on. Each attachment cannot be bigger than 3MB and the total size for all attachments cannot be bigger than 30MB if I remember correctly. |

If changes are made or if it has a different description after you put it together, please notify us in writing (to the Chief, NFA Branch at the address on the form)."
