| Been lurking around here for awhile but haven't found this topic addressed. I recently submitted a Form 1 for a SBR using the eforms, but realized sometime after the fact that there was not an area to answer the questions like "are you a felon, drug addict, ect." Was I supposed to print that page and upload it on my own? Since I did not do that, will the application just get kicked back for error and I can send it in at that time or will it void the whole thing for being incomplete? |

Mine did not have that option either. I believe the above poster is correct, since it is a trust there really isn't any way for a trust to have a criminal record. Additionally, the reactivation box cannot be checked, but the site specifically states that it cannot be used for reactivations anyway. |
