Well... Saw in the December thread that somebody with a Pending date of Jan 3 has seen some action on his Forms...
Anybody else with a Jan Pending date getting updates? |

I've got 6 stamps pending in the first week of january, I hope I can get them by this time in june. Unfortunately I called and they told me end of July (which I don't personally buy, because they have always over estimated my time by around a month). I have two Form 1s pending Jan 31. My last three were nearly all exactly five months from pending to approved, not counting time correcting errors. I fully expect that these willl be about the same (end of June) but my spring forms will be 6+ due to backlog. |
| I am waiting on my DD form 1 that I sent in 28 Jan. The check was cashed on 6 Feb, so I'll be happy seeing it back before the beginning of August so I can start work. This is the only tax stamp I've gotten in order to settle a bet (they said it couldn't be done). |

I had posted this in the group therapy thread, but here's my timeline.
Form 1 on Trust Examiner Dana Pickles Jan 1 or 3 pending (can't find the sticky note I wrote everything down on) 
May 10 received error letter May 13 mailed corrected form The most recent approvals for Virginia have been right around 150 days pending. That would have me right at June 3rd for my approval. We'll see how the error changes that. |

I just spent quite a bit of time on NFATracker.com...
I'm predicting June 21st or 24th for my stamp... That is based on Frushour's last couple dozen turn arounds... AND that the LLC Articles of Organization that I forgot to send with the Form 4, but sent last week, hit his desk at the same time and I don't get an error letter. |

I have two pending 1/2, two 1/3, and one 1/25.
The first four came back in error already and have been returned. The 2 SBR's are already engraved, but I am not optimistic about finding parts to finish them in a timely manner. The guy at RRA laughed when I asked if they had A4 9mm stripped uppers in stock yesterday. |

pending jan 3. Just called, stated has not been put in problem status, still pending. kind of expected a problem status on first form 1 due to several issues other people had with the same trust I used.
wonder if this means it will make it through the process unscathed. examiner from texas, i believe sara jones. any thoughts on whether I will hit error status? a lot of people that used the people I did for my trust told me they had to have it redone. |

A couple examiners are now working mid December... So we should hopefully start seeing some stamps come back soon for this January group!
Sorry I started the thread so early guys... I saw somebody post they had a January Pending that went to Error Status... So I figured that meant we were closer than we were. |

Frushour was assigned to OK but my last three came back approved by Shawn Cook. Last I heard we didn't have either one now. |

A Quick look at NFA Tracker shows these pending dates have been approved and received... I only listed the latest I could find.
Sandra Snook - December 21st Jason Frushour - December 10th Sara Jones - December 11th Jason Bowers - December 18th Dana Pickles - December 20th Obviously this is only what's been reported to NFATracker though... You can call NFA and see who has been assigned to your form BTW... I'm in Missouri and Frushour is handling mine. |

I sent a Form 1 in on December 5th to SBR a HK .22 MP5. Delivered December 10th, Check cashed December 17, Pending January 9th.
Called yesterday, was told it was taking 6 months from pending date. NFA Tracker average for a Form 1 Trust SBR in Oregon is (sample size is 3) 189 days from delivered until received. Stamp in hand June 17th perhaps? I have another Form 1 in for a 9mm AR15 SBR, check cashed on May 14th. NFA Tracker suggests it should be due to go pending on the 6th of June. It was dead on accurate about check cashing date from form delivery. I hope to get a Form 4 in sometime this summer for another suppressor. |

They won't give you a more accurate estimate than "sometime in June/July" The only hard info you will get out of them is your pending date, or if you happen to call them between the time you get approved and your stamp actually arrives in the mail. I'm only on my second stamp, so I'm not exactly a seasoned veteran of the nfa game. My estimates put my approval at June 3rd; I plan on giving them a call around then just to see if I'm still on track despite my error. |
