I read somewhere (post submission) that the F4 must be printed on two sides; I didn't do that when I submitted my F4 (currently waiting). I didn't see that in the instructions. Am I goofed now? I just printed it off the website and it printed two pages.
Thanks, Mike |

Tell them to substitute the new for old. This will save you time on the back end. |

In the example here, would I need to resend all of Trust information or just the Form 4 stuff itself with the letter describing the correction of paperwork? Thanks, Mike |

I just received mine back due to this issue. My dealer printed out the forms and didn't realize they needed to be on the same sheet of paper. That's not the kind of service I'd want from a dealer, especially if they were expecting more of my business or for me to recommend them to others. I wouldn't use that dealer again unless I was getting a really, really good price. |

I'll give him a break since he's still new to the Class 3 stuff. I've been dealing with him for many years otherwise. |
