| So I was filling out my two copies of the 5330.20 last night for my form 1 and realized at the top it says something along the lines that "all entries must be in ink, printed in CAPITAL LETTERS", and legible", so on the forms last night I did this. A few weeks back I sent in a form 4 with the 5330.20 and I don't believe I capitalized all the letters, are they really that anal that they wouldn't accept it if I didn't capitalize all the letters? Also the random question...... has anyone ever sent two forms in close to each other and got both back at the same time? (I believe I've seen this asked before but couldn't find it) |
